Inside Palfreys Bakery in LooeThe name Palfrey’s refers to the original founder who set up the bakery some forty years ago.

Palfrey’s is now owned and run by Mandy and Phil Gibson who took over the bakery in 2002 after running a wholesale bakery in Liskeard, Cornwall.

Between¬†Mandy, Phil and the staff at Palfrey’s, there is over 80 years of baking and Cornish Pasty making experience!

Palfreys Bakery in LooeIn 2009, Palfrey’s Bakery in Looe underwent a complete refit and now includes a forty seat coffee shop, bakery and sandwich bar. As well as a superb selection of coffees, cakes and of course, Cornish pasties, Palfrey’s other unique attractions include coffee sourced from the Origin Coffee Company in Falmouth (they roast their own beans) and free wifi internet access for customers. Palfrey’s is possibly the only coffee shop in Looe to offer this service!
